Blue Cheese is quickly becoming a common topic in the community as we not only exposed thousands to our program during community and school events but also from the launch of our FIRST Woodie World Wide and Flat Dean project. We have been able to reach engineers and others across the world with this project with the mission of spreading the message of FIRST.

Our newest outreach project this year involves a global impact. Our two flat figures, in the theme of "Flat Stanley", are travelling the world visiting other FIRST teams, universities, and our team's own family, friends, and relatives. Flat Dean and Woodie World Wide are on a mission to spread the ideals of FIRST around the world. "Science, technology, and engineering are the best," says Dean, "But don't forget your gracious professionalism!" says Woodie. Team 1086 would like you to get involved with this mission and this is how you can help:

After sending this back to bluecheese1086@yahoo.com, we will make a collage of all of Dean and Woodie's travels to different teams. This collage, along with a slideshow/video, will be displayed in our pits at our NASA/VCU Regional and at nationals in Atlanta! Share this project with everyone you know and really get Dean and Woodie traveling!
